Strengthening Climate Resilience

In the context of the growing challenges posed by climate change to the sustainable management of water resources, Acquedotto Pugliese S.p.A. has launched the AQUA project (Enhancing Water Management for Climate Change Resilience in the Adriatic-Ionian Area), funded under the Interreg VI-B IPA ADRION 2021-2027 Programme.

As Lead Partner, Acquedotto Pugliese coordinates a transnational partnership engaged in the development of solutions and strategies for climate change adaptation and risk prevention, with a particular focus on ecosystem-based approaches.

Lattanzio KIBS provides specialised consultancy services supporting the technical, administrative, and financial management of the AQUA project, assisting the Lead Partner throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Activities include the operational coordination of project actions, monitoring of physical and financial progress, management of relations with project partners, and support for reporting activities in accordance with the procedures of the Interreg IPA ADRION Programme.

This support has strengthened the project’s administrative and managerial capacity, ensuring transparent implementation fully aligned with European funding requirements.
