Lattanzio KIBS supports the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region through a technical assistance project aimed at developing and implementing new tools and innovative models within training, guidance and employment service systems

Within the framework of regional policies for innovation and the modernisation of public services, the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region has launched a comprehensive transformation pathway for its training, guidance and employment service system. The objective is to support the transition from traditional training models towards more inclusive, effective and sustainable forms of digital hybridisation.

The project, implemented under the ESF+ programming framework and the 2021-2027 Development and Cohesion Agreement, responds to the need to strengthen the region’s capacity to address technological change and emerging skills demands. Particular emphasis is placed on the responsible use of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in training processes and employment services.

More details

Lattanzio KIBS’ intervention begins with an in-depth analysis of the regional context, aimed at identifying needs, critical issues and the level of digital maturity of existing processes. On this basis, a shared modernisation strategy is developed, defining priorities for action, objectives and operational tools aligned with both regional and European programming frameworks.

The project also includes training and peer-exchange activities for system operators, alongside pilot initiatives designed to test innovative solutions in real-world settings, assess their effectiveness and support their gradual and sustainable scaling.

Project Impact

The project makes a tangible contribution to strengthening the institutional capacity of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, providing analytical, strategic and operational tools to govern the digital transition of training systems and employment services.

The added value of the intervention lies in the combination of strategic vision, technological innovation and a participatory approach, enabling the development of accessible, inclusive and impact-oriented solutions. The project thus fosters a more informed governance of innovation, promotes the responsible use of artificial intelligence and contributes to building a regional ecosystem capable of anticipating future skills and employment needs.
