A Guide for Public Administrations

This volume explores the functioning of public administration with the aim of analyzing its costs in relation to different operational standards.

The analysis unfolds on two levels: a macro level, focused on defining the boundaries between Regional Administrations, Local Authorities, and funded bodies (such as instrumental entities and local health authorities); and a technical level, dedicated to systems and tools for monitoring operating costs.

Lattanzio KIBS contributes by offering an analytical approach to support political and managerial decision-making and by linking cost monitoring to the development of territorial competitive advantage.
