Ensuring the protection of children's rights
UNICEF Montenegro entrusts Lattanzio KIBS with the final evaluation of the Strategy for Exercising the Rights of the Child 2019-2023, a national document to strengthen the protection of children's rights in the areas covered by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
The lack of integration of children's rights into the political, social and economic agendas and widespread marginalisation of the country's minorities make it difficult to implement the numerous policies protecting children's rights. The evaluation activity is therefore part of a context of great transformation for the Montenegrin government and represents a key factor in strengthening national equality and equity policies.
