The starting point for a new strategic plan
The first phase of analysis carried out with the support of sector experts, involving the entire Cagliari Metropolitan area, is underway. Lattanzio Advisory, the company awarded the project, together with Lattanzio Communication, is providing support in the services of preparing the new strategic framework. The results of the territorial analysis conducted in the first months of operation were presented yesterday at the first Strategic Forum for Territorial Development.
The Forum officially launches the participatory planning and diagnosis process, which will involve the entire citizenry of the area. Starting with the analysis of the area and input from stakeholders, the lines of development of the metropolitan city for the next 10-15 years will be defined.
